We had a wonderful experience with OANA. I designed and built our house 20 years ago. Our ceilings are 12 feet high and we needed window treatment for windows stacked above the lower windows and we needed them to be remote powered. We wanted to match the bamboo material that was originally installed. She was able to not only find the material but the remote powered application that we needed. She also helped us with a bedroom that had an 8 foot slider, that was 12 feet in height helping us to pick out material and had it installed. Everything had to be custom-made. Oana was very proactive, and quick to respond to any questions we had. She kept us advised to the delivery schedule and installation date. She was absolutely wonderful to work with listening to our questions and concerns and addressing each one. We are so very very happy with the results and we are recommending her to our family and friends. Thank you so much Oana for a job. Well done.

I loved working with Oana and I love the beautiful drapes and sheers window coverings she made. I had a very specific tropical design in mind and couldn’t find an affordable option. Oana came to my house with the exact fabric I was looking for, at the right price and I couldn’t be happier. She even brought yummy chocolate treats at the install. She’s a great salesperson who gets to know her clients, and has a great products!

I absolutely love working with Oana. She is everything I can ask for when bringing another person on board when I am in a customers house. She has beautiful quality products and is always available. She is also so easy to work with and honest. Hard to find these days.Cannot go wrong with using this company. I strongly suggest to use OM Drapes.

Oana was amazing to work with. She completedour new home with her beautiful drapes. She gave great insight on where and what to use for each room. She had good opinions when I asked for them but always kept my ideas and opinions a priority. Oana has great communication skills, she always responded in a timely manor. We had one issue come up with the manufacture of this certain drape I ordered but she was quick to fix and work with us. I want all my windows and sliders done now, I will be sure to use her again.

From the beginning process to installation, OM Drapes Design was a delight to work with. Oana is very professional knows her product and designs. She is very welcoming to suggestions and questions. The zebra shades that we ordered are beautiful and came in on time and installed on the date quoted. I would recommend her in particular and her business to anyone that asks about the shades in our home.

Oana is wonderful to work with as she really takes the time to understand what the client wants and then advises them to the best choices. I will definitely be working with her again in the near future. I highly recommend her.

Beyond thrilled with our custom blinds and curtains!! Oana was a pleasure to work with. We had just completed a full remodel for both our main house and back house and need window treatments for the entire project. So happy with all the selections and how the install went!

After our initial consultation, measurements and selections were made. Oana sent over a detailed design board with all the selections for each room which was really helpful in knowing how everything would come together. She was extremely proactive in communicating where we were at in the process. When a selection had been back ordered twice, she was able to help us decide if waiting or picking a new product would be better for our timeline. When the day of the install came her team was professional and courteous and meticulous in their work. From our conversation with Oana till the end of the project, we felt heard and truly taken care of.

We are so happy with the finished product and highly recommend to anyone looking for window treatments! Especially if you need some help navigating the process like we did as this was our first time getting custom finishes.

Working with Oana was an absolute pleasure. I rarely write reviews, but the service, expertise and overall quality of her work was outstanding and I had to write a review. She is punctual, knowledgeable and she saw the work through from start to finish. She answered my questions quickly and made every effort to be sure I was happy with the project at all times. For me, value is the most important thing when choosing someone to come into your house and make recommendations and Oana did not disappoint.
