Pleasant, prompt and professional... that's what OM Drapes Design is!!! We been dealing with no less than 5((FIVE)popular vendors including HD, to install an window's Arch blind, and after measurements been taken, never heard back from them.
Complaining to everyone about our experience, OM Drapes Design was recomanded and believe it or not, our window's arch was done in one of the most difficult time when all the orders and materials were backed out! Did we end-up installing blinds and drapes in the entire house?? ABSOLUTELY YES, we did, and we are extremely happy!!! Way to go OM Drapes Design! That's how all the business must perform, and all of this because of Oana who's one of the pleasant and professional person which we been dealing with and made this business one of the best!

Wonderful Experience!

I am so pleased I found Oana and OM Drapes on Yelp!! I am in the real estate business and am fortunate to work with many clients and see many vendors in and out of their homes. In the past I have referred out The Shade Store and the work was good, but, I felt basic. After purchasing a new home and completing a full renovation, the time came for window coverings. I contacted the Shade Store and they did a measure and field assessment. However, given the time, effort and money I had just put into our huge remodel, I wanted to find a vendor that matched the quality, consideration and design I felt necessary. From the minute I reached out to Oana I felt like it was the perfect fit -- prompt, professional and creative! The creative process was fun, unique and delivered an excellent result. Please excuse the iPhone photos of some of my windows. This is only a few of the nearly 25 window coverings produced for my home. My wife and I couldn't be happier to have selected Oana and her team. From initial call to install, I couldn't be happier. We just welcomed a new baby into our family and like Clockwork Oana had a kind gesture dropped off. Truly the best!
